NS4941 National Security Law for Homeland Security and Defense

The course studies the legal framework within which defense strategy is formulated and executed, with emphasis on the identification and resolution of jurisdictional conflicts, the interaction of municipal and international law governing the use of force, and the organization challenges presented by the coordination of military activities with those of civilian law enforcement agencies and the judiciary.
