NS4032 Special Topics: International Relations

This course will focus on current topics in the broader international system. The list of issues to be analyzed for the seminar is announced at least one quarter prior to the offering of the seminar. Advanced study and research is conducted on topics not covered in other seminars. A major, graded research paper is required.
