August 18, 2021: Administrative change made to Section 3.1.2. Curriculum, Certificate, and Degree Requirements Committee.

September 15, 2021: Administrative changes made to Section 3.1.3., 5.4.1., and Appendix C regarding approval of Ph.D. Dissertation Committees. Administrative changes made to section 6.6.3. regarding transferring credit from an outside institution (item #4 [D] was added to the section).

November 17, 2021: Substantive changes made to Section 7.6.1. Qualification for an Internal Degree Program. Council removed class percentage rules and performance ranking requirements. Council also removed a dual degree enrollment item from Section 7.6.2. that required the Registrar to calculate the TQPR.

April 27, 2022: Administrative change made to Section 7.6.1. Qualification for an Internal Dual Degree Program. Council now requires a CQPR of 3.75 vs. a TQPR of 3.75.

May 18, 2022: Administrative changes made to several sections to either remove or replace instances of the Dean of Schools per NPS NEXT Transformation.

July 27, 2022: Administrative changes to Section 3.1.1. and 3.1.2. per July 2022 Minutes. Added by-direction authorities to CR and CCDR subcommittees.

December 7, 2022: Administrative change to Section 3.1.2. Added by-direction authority to CCDRC to approve requests for modifications to existing Academic Certificates.

January 25, 2023: Substantive change to Section 6.5. Course Enrollment Limitations.
