MV4470 Image Synthesis

This course covers advanced topics in computer image generation. The focus of the course is quality and realism in computer image synthesis. Topics include illumination, shading, transparency, antialiasing, shadows, raytracing, radiosity, texture mapping, and parametric surfaces. Labs are directed towards providing students with experience working with a scene graph architecture.

CS2173 and MV3202 or the consent of the instructor
