Characteristics of differential and multistage amplifiers. Transistors frequency response, including Bipolar Junction Transistors (BJT), Junction Field Effect Transistors (JFET), and Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistors (MOSFET); characteristics and design consideration. Integrated circuit OPAMP applications; analysis and design of non-ideal OPAMPs. Applications of BJTs and Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductors (CMOS) in integrated circuits, and different biasing techniques. Analysis and design of digital circuits, including Transistor–Transistor Logic (TTL), Emitter Coupled Logic (ECL), and CMOS logic families. Application and design feedback amplifiers and operational amplifiers applications in analog filters and oscillators.
