CC3102 Combat Modeling and Analysis for Command and Control

Emphasis is on the use of mathematical and computer models to help solve operational problems or improve the efficiency and effectiveness of control. Topics include but are not limited to the evolution of computer based experimentation and modeling, fundamental mathematical modeling techniques, examination and evaluation of current modeling software, and the interpretation and application of model outputs to real-world situations. The course is the basis for later courses on the use of modeling techniques to conduct detailed analysis and evaluation of command and control processes and systems.
